Who we are

What we collect and why

Booking and voucher requests: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, dates, number of people and passenger weights. We need these to plan and perform the flight safely (contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Weight is a safety requirement for selecting the wing.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their terms; we use them only to answer you.

Analytics: with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Without consent only anonymous, cookieless measurements are collected.

The live weather widget requests data from Open-Meteo; no personal data is sent.

Where data goes

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (USA, EU standard contractual clauses) and forwarded to our email. We keep booking data for the time needed to perform the service and to comply with Spanish tax law.

We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the contact above. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
