The service
Flyteide offers tandem paragliding flights in the south of Tenerife performed by a qualified pilot. A request through this website is not a confirmed booking; a booking exists once we confirm the date and time in writing (WhatsApp or email).
Price and payment
Prices are per person as shown on the prices page at the time of booking. Payment is made on the day of the flight in cash or by card unless otherwise agreed. Online deposits may be introduced later; they will be stated at booking.
Requirements
Passengers must meet the weight and age limits stated on the website, must not be pregnant, and must not have medical conditions that make flying unsafe. Minors fly only with written consent of a parent or guardian. Passengers must follow the pilot’s instructions at all times. The pilot may refuse to fly a passenger who is unfit (including under the influence of alcohol or drugs) without refund.
Weather and safety
Flights depend on weather. The pilot decides alone whether conditions are safe, before and during the activity. If we cancel for weather, you may choose a new date or a full refund of any amount paid.
Liability and insurance
Paragliding is an adventure activity. We operate with certified equipment and insurance (TODO(Luka): insurer and policy details). Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Spanish law.
Law
Spanish law applies. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
